However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive the wrong product, if your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your package, you may request assistance within 48 hours of receiving your order. When submitting a claim, please provide your order number along with clear photo evidence that shows the issue. This allows us to evaluate the situation and respond quickly.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days. In certain cases, we may also offer a replacement product or store credit depending on the nature of the claim. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, usage instructions, and ingredient lists carefully before completing a purchase to ensure the right product is selected.
